What if the ink runs out? Do I need to buy a new stamp?
Not at all! The STAMQUO printmaking machine works with an integrated, refillable CMYK ink system. When the colors run low, you can simply add more ink to the designated ports and keep creating. One full ink set lasts a very long time, so you won't need to worry about frequent refills. (We will be launching our official ink refill kits soon!)
I'm not an artist and I can't draw. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. You don't need any drawing skills to create magic. Simply upload any photo (your pet, a landscape, a funny meme) or choose from our pre-designed art collections. STAMQUO does the hard work of translating that image into a full-color, hand-pressed reality. If you enjoy satisfying processes and beautiful objects, this is made for you.
Why do the stamped results sometimes look slightly different each time?
This is the beauty of analog printmaking! STAMQUO uses a precise mechanical process to layer colors, but because you are physically pressing it by hand, the final result is influenced by:
- The pressure you apply
- The speed of your press
- The thickness and texture of your paper
These slight variations mean every single print is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of art—something a digital printer can never replicate. Embrace the handmade texture!
What makes STAMQUO different from regular custom stamps?
Traditional stamps use a single, flat ink pad (usually black or red) to create simple logos or outlines. STAMQUO is a pocket-sized printmaking press. It utilizes a proprietary multi-color system to reveal detailed, full-color photographs and artworks in a single, satisfying press.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $40 USD! For orders under $40, a flat rate of $4.99 applies.
Because each STAMQUO machine is custom-calibrated and carefully assembled:
- Production Time: Please allow 3-4 business days for us to craft your custom stamp.
- Delivery Time (USA & UK): 7-12 Business Days after shipping.
- Delivery Time (Canada & Australia): 8-15 Business Days after shipping.
- Rest of World: 10-20 Business Days.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
We partner with specialized artisan manufacturers globally. Depending on your location and our current stock levels, your custom package will ship directly from our quality-control hubs in Asia or our fulfillment centers in the USA to ensure the safest and fastest delivery.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because your STAMQUO machine is custom-made specifically with your uploaded image, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind."
However, your joy is our priority. If your stamp arrives damaged, defective, or if the print quality does not match the image you uploaded, please email a photo of the issue to support@stamquo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a free replacement for you—no need to ship the defective one back.
Can I change the design after I place my order?
We begin processing custom orders very quickly. If you realize you need to change your uploaded image, please email us at support@stamquo.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, production has already begun, and changes cannot be made.
